Step 1 – Test: We recommend the following test to interested agents and brokers. Send us a short description of your operation, regions, typical properties, demographics, history, etc. You will pay us a small fee for initial setup and campaign build. We then recommend spending $150-$200 on your first month of Adwords and we’ll walk you through your campaign if you would like.
Step 2 – At this point, you should have an idea if Adwords could be helpful to your operation. If it is, you can take it into your own hands and tweak your campaign. We can also send you a proposal for managing and regularly improving your Adwords campaign.
E-mail Campaigns – This option is recommended for agents and brokers with a strong customer database. We will work with you on setting up a beautiful e-mail campaign reaching out to your clientele with news and updates. This can be done on a one time basis, quarterly, bi-annual, or monthly.
Social Media Marketing – Social media marketing through channels like Facebook and Instagram can often yield a higher return on investment than Google Adwords and SEO work.
